PLEASE NOTE
We run all-year-round excluding three weeks over the Christmas period and Easter long weekend. Players can join anytime, attend when they want, and as often as they like. Sessions are scheduled for all the different groups, players book their desired times, online. They can choose to train once a week or more if they like, depending on session availability.
Please note that there is an added cost for the compulsory uniform for all players.
SIBLING DISCOUNT TERMS
The ‘LAUNCH‘ plan will always be full priced unless one or more siblings is on the same plan.
The ‘ACCELERATE” subscription will always be the first plan to receive the sibling discount.
The ‘SOAR‘ will be the first plan discounted unless another sibling is on the ‘ACCELERATE’ plan.
PRICING FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
You are buying sessions, which can be used whenever you choose by booking online before training. It works much like credits, an Opal card or E-Tag does.
Yes, simply unselect your booked session. Please give us at least one-day notice; if something comes up last minute we expect a phone call or text message, cancellation window expires 3 hours before commencement of training. If you are on the Launch or Accelerate subscription, you must make up any cancelled session on an alternate training night.
If a training session is cancelled for any reason such as bad weather and you were booked into that session, your account will be credited back. You only pay for the sessions you attend. However, any late cancellation that occurs inside 3 hours prior to start time, will be lost. We expect notification of any late cancellation, consideration will be taken into account if there is good reason.
Both the ‘LAUNCH’ and ‘ACCELERATE’ subscriptions work on a monthly cycle with auto-renewed payments. The subscription will renew after the last session is used or the month expires, whatever comes first. Any missed session must be made up within the cycle period on an alternate training night.
All bookings must be made 5 hours before the start of the session. If you miss this window, you must contact us on 1300 724 189. We cannot guarantee a place if you miss the booking window, but we will do our best to accomodate you.
All payments can be made online through our booking system. Simply follow the prompts when setting up your own account with Justfootball Academy. You will be able to set up a username and password for the account where all billing information can be set up.
