This is an invitational program, applicants can express their interest by contacting us. The group is open for players of either gender providing they meet level requirements, we actually encourage female participation through all our academy levels.

The program is also only run over a specific period in the year, normally post season (September – November). With the players now in a new phase of growth and mental development, we provide a slightly modified model to our training. The program consists of a build up of small sided games and into an 8v8.

A squad of 16 players are selected, two coaches run the group in tandem so that we can maximise ball contact for each player. We continue to work on individual development through small group games with a progression into a game objective at the end of the session.

At justfootball academy we believe in continual development of ones technical attributes and therefore retain this method in this program. Our focus is on developing a player’s spatial awareness, space management, intelligent movement, technique and decision-making.
